Fees for Mediation

Mediation services for individuals living in Central Ohio are provided at no charge or on a sliding fee basis depending on the type of assistance needed and/or the disputants' household income. Initial consultations to determine whether mediation is the appropriate conflict resolution strategy are free.

We conduct mediation for low-income clients regardless of their ability to pay.  Fees for services to parties located outside of Central Ohio are determined on a case-by-case basis.

We offer assistance on a non-discriminatory basis to all parties regardless of age, race, creed, color, national origin, sexual orientation, disability or gender. We also strive to reduce any barriers to support, such as language, physical, cultural, programmatic and economic barriers.
